Speaking on the new partnership team manager Thibaut Ruffin shared; "The whole team is delighted to be onboard with SIXSIXONE for the coming seasons! The riders grew up watching the legends of the sport wearing the iconic knee pads some years ago and they feel privileged to be able to bring SIXSIXONE back where it belongs. It didn't take long before the quality and comfort of the new Recon knee pads and EVO jackets and shorts seduced them. As a team working with a protective gears brand, it's a priority to have the riders feeling comfy and safe while they're pushing their limits to bring us some wins. SIXSIXONE is back and we all can't wait for the World Cup season to start in a few weeks!"
“SIXSIXONE have been absent from Elite World Cup Downhill scene for a few seasons, and we’re very lucky to have some of the sport’s best riders flying the flag for SIXSIXONE this year and next. It’s not just the fact that the brand will very likely be part of a regular podium team, it’s the feedback and input of incredibly experienced and talented riders being input into our product development programme, that excites me too.” SIXSIXONE Brand Director Andrew Gowan.
