We stand by our SixSixOne products, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return your products purchased on SixSixOne.com for a full refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. If you have ordered the incorrect size/colour, please follow the returns procedure below and re-order the correct size/colour. To expedite this process and to ensure availability of the product you require, you may want to re-order the correct product prior to returning your order.
The returned items must be unused and be in their original retail packaging, with all hangtags and manuals attached. To ensure a full refund, we advise removing products from packaging with care, and trying products on with the tags intact where possible.
Return shipping on all non-warranty and mis-ship orders is the responsibility of the customer.
The returns process is easy – simply follow the steps below.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number and form. Be sure to list your Order Confirmation Number (5 digits) along with your reason for return in your email.
- List your RMA number, Order Number and Name on the Returns Form, and send your package using the courier of your choice to the address listed on the form.
- Provide the tracking number of the return to email@example.com without the tracking number we may not be able to issue a refund.
Once we receive the package, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed through our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. When the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification via our website confirming this. Please allow a further 3-5 days for the bank to process this refund back onto your card.
