    We stand by our SixSixOne products, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return your products purchased on for a full refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.


    Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. If you have ordered the incorrect size/colour, please follow the returns procedure below and re-order the correct size/colour. To expedite this process and to ensure availability of the product you require, you may want to re-order the correct product prior to returning your order.

    The returned items must be unused and be in their original retail packaging, with all hangtags and manuals attached. To ensure a full refund, we advise removing products from packaging with care, and trying products on with the tags intact where possible.

    Return shipping on all non-warranty and mis-ship orders is the responsibility of the customer.

    The returns process is easy – simply follow the steps below.

    • Contact for an RMA number and form. Be sure to list your Order Confirmation Number (5 digits) along with your reason for return in your email.
    • List your RMA number, Order Number and Name on the Returns Form, and send your package using the courier of your choice to the address listed on the form.
    • Provide the tracking number of the return to without the tracking number we may not be able to issue a refund.

    Once we receive the package, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed through our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. When the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification via our website confirming this. Please allow a further 3-5 days for the bank to process this refund back onto your card.


    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    Product with obvious signs of use
    Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
    Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
